Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Stayantra by Nexalaris Tech(“Stayantra”, “we”) handles information collected through https://stayantra.com. This is a plain-language summary for our pre-launch website and will be expanded before public launch.

Information we collect

When you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your email address, name, role and any message. Our website uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic; we do not sell your personal data.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about early access, respond to inquiries, and improve Stayantra. Waitlist and investor submissions are stored securely and accessed only by our team.

Connected social accounts

Hotels using Stayantra can connect their own Facebook Page and Instagram professional account so that marketing posts they have approved can be published from Stayantra. This connection is made through Facebook Login for Business, and only by someone who already administers those accounts.

When an account is connected we store an access token for it, along with the Page and Instagram account identifiers and the Page name. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shown back in the interface or shared with anyone outside Stayantra.

We use that access for one purpose: publishing the posts a hotel has approved, and reading back the engagement figures for those posts. We do not read personal profiles or friend lists, we do not post without approval, we do not run advertising, and we do not sell or share this data. A hotel can disconnect at any time from Settings, which stops all publishing immediately; access can also be revoked directly from Facebook or Meta Business settings. Posts already published remain on the hotel’s own page until the hotel removes them.

Data storage

Submissions are stored in our managed database (Supabase). Credentials for connected third-party accounts are encrypted before they are stored. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Deleting your account and data

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time, and you don’t need to be able to sign in to do it — the request form is public and works even if you’ve uninstalled the app: stayantra.com/delete-account. This covers both guest accounts (marketplace bookings, the Stayantra Go app) and hotel accounts (the owner dashboard, Stayantra Connect).

We verify every request with the account holder by email before deleting anything. Once verified, the request enters a 30-day review window, during which it can still be cancelled; erasure then runs automatically. For guests, your profile, loyalty points and referral code are deleted and your booking history is anonymised. For hotels, the account, staff logins and property configuration are removed. A deletion can’t start while a stay is upcoming or in progress, and we keep the anonymised financial and tax records the law requires — plus anything under a legal hold, until the hold lifts.

If you can still sign in, guests can also request deletion directly from the Stayantra Go app (Settings → Your data) or the marketplace profile page. You can also email info@stayantra.com from the account address.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information using the deletion form or by emailing info@stayantra.com. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.
