Register with your company’s PAN and registration certificate. Once Stayantra approves them, you get 15-day credit terms and company billing at every Stayantra hotel.
Verified people only
Employees add the company from their Stayantra profile. Your admin approves each one from an email link, or anyone with a verified address on your verified company domain is approved automatically.
Your policy decides
Choose what the company covers — room only, room and meals, everything, or your own list — with an optional nightly room cap before tax. The traveller pays whatever falls outside it.
Book for colleagues and groups
Admins and travel bookers can book for any verified colleague — one room, or rooms for the whole team.
Event halls and group blocks
Request a hall or a block of rooms online. The hotel sends a quote on its corporate terms and you accept it online. Events and large group blocks are prepaid on the hotel’s deposit schedule.
