Stayantra is in open beta — here's what that means for your hotel
Signup is self-serve, Base Camp is free for 90 days, and the price card is published. What open beta does and does not mean, in plain terms.
Stayantra is open. You no longer need an invitation, a sales call, or a place on a waitlist — you can create an account, add your rooms, and start taking bookings today.
Here is exactly what changed, and what didn't.
Signup is self-serve
Go to app.stayantra.com/register, create an account, and the onboarding wizard walks you through adding rooms, rates and policies. Bring whatever data you already have — a spreadsheet, a CSV or XLSX export from Cloudbeds or eZee, even scanned pages — and Exubee reads it, maps it to the right rooms, rates, guests and bookings, and flags only the rows it isn't confident about. Most hotels are migrated the same day.
Base Camp is free for 90 days
Base Camp covers hotels up to 10 rooms and includes the full manual PMS: bookings, rooms, folios, housekeeping and maintenance checklists, a guest CRM, and a public marketplace listing. No credit card, no setup fee.
The price card is published
We used to say pricing wasn't finalised. It is, and it is on the pricing page in full:
- Ascent — up to 25 rooms — NPR 4,999/month
- Summit — up to 60 rooms — NPR 11,999/month
- Zenith — up to 100 rooms — NPR 19,999/month
- Everest — above 100 rooms — priced by conversation
Annual billing gets you 12 months for the price of 10. Co-Pilot AI and the feature modules are optional add-ons, so a 15-room lodge without a restaurant never pays for F&B tooling. International pricing starts at USD 69/month.
What open beta does not mean
It does not mean the AI takes over. That part is unchanged and deliberate: Exubee runs in Co-Pilot — it recommends, you approve, edit or reject. A task only becomes eligible for Auto-Pilot after it reaches a 90% approval rate in your judgement, and then only when you explicitly graduate it. Nothing flips itself on. A one-tap Kill Switch pauses all autonomy instantly. We wrote about why in the 90% rule.
It also does not mean everything has shipped. The Stayantra Connect staff app and the Stayantra Go guest app are both built and tested but are not in the app stores yet — we list them honestly as Preview. The roadmap is what is genuinely still ahead.
Where it is running
Stayantra runs a live hotel in Janakpur today, with eSewa and Khalti in NPR alongside Stripe for international cards, and availability sync to Booking.com and Agoda. Nepal is where it was built and where it runs first.
If you want to see it before you sign up, the how it works page walks the whole journey — from registering a property to Exubee running it in the background.
